Phillip Westry Campaign Update Regarding Primary Election

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, 2020 Primary Election originally scheduled for April 28, 2020, has been postponed to June 2, 2020. The election will primarily be vote-by-mail, to reduce possible exposure and further spread of the virus. The Phillip Westry campaign strongly encourages voters to vote by mail for the upcoming primary election.

Voting by Mail

Ballots will be mailed to the address listed on their voter registration card. The return envelope includes prepaid postage and may be mailed as-is, no need for additional postage!

There will be at least one voting site around the City for individuals with disabilities and for individuals who want to register and vote the same day. These voting sites will also act as drop off sites for ballots.

Early Voting

Early voting will not in person, however, the Baltimore City Board of Elections shall establish at least one but no more than four locations for voters to drop off ballots.

The locations for Baltimore City have not been announced yet.

Election Day Voting

On June 2, 2020, the Baltimore City Board of Elections shall establish at least one but no more than four locations for voters to drop off ballots or, for voters who are unable to vote by mail, to vote in person or to register and vote same-day.

The locations for Baltimore City have not been announced yet.
